When properly installed and maintained, automatic fire sprinkler systems have proven to be the most effective means for protecting life and property against fire.
A lot is riding on a sprinkler system’s ability to operate and function properly. In fact, state law prohibits the occupancy of any portion of a building until the required suppression system has been tested and approved. We test and maintain all Wet pipe systems, Dry pipe systems, Deluge systems, Pre-Action Systems and Foamwater sprinkler systems.
Fire Pumps
Fire pumps, where present, are also subject to very specific inspection, testing, and maintenance requirements to help ensure that they will function properly when needed. Annual test of the fire pump assembly is required. This test is conducted under strict NFPA 25 requirements. Our reports will indicate the rated and peak flows of your pump.
